Cancellation Policy

At UAE Stories, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you change your mind about a purchase, please refer to our cancellation guidelines below.

1. Cancellation Window

1. Before Processing: You may cancel your order free of charge within 6 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or handed over to our delivery partners.
2. After Processing: Once an order status is marked as "Processed" or "Shipped," it can no longer be cancelled. At this stage, you will need to follow our Refund and Return Policy after the item is delivered.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Information Needed: Please include your full name and the specific items you wish to cancel.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

1. Pre-paid Orders (Credit/Debit Card): If your cancellation is successful, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD): If you cancel a COD order within the allowed window, no charges will be applied.

4. Excessive Cancellations

To maintain a fair marketplace for all customers, UAE Stories reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts that show a high frequency of order cancellations.

5. Cancellations by UAE Stories

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

1. The item is out of stock or discontinued.
2. Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
3. Issues identified by our fraud detection department.
4. Delivery restrictions in certain geographical areas within the UAE.

In the event that we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued immediately.
