Return Policy

1. Return Window

  1. Perishable Goods (Food, Dates, Coffee): Due to the nature of these items, returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  2. Non-Perishable Goods (Car Care, Accessories): You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. In the original packaging with all seals intact.
  3. Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  1. Opened food containers, dates, or coffee bags.
  2. Items on "Clearance" or "Final Sale."
  3. Customized gift sets.

4. The Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Method: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card).
  3. Timeline: It may take 7 to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policy.
  4. Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, refunds will be issued as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer.

5. Shipping Costs

  1. If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), Emakzan will cover the return shipping costs.
  2. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (standard rate of 25-30 AED across UAE).
