1. Return Window
- Perishable Goods (Food, Dates, Coffee): Due to the nature of these items, returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Non-Perishable Goods (Car Care, Accessories): You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all seals intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened food containers, dates, or coffee bags.
- Items on "Clearance" or "Final Sale."
- Customized gift sets.
4. The Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Method: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card).
- Timeline: It may take 7 to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policy.
- Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, refunds will be issued as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), Emakzan will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (standard rate of 25-30 AED across UAE).
