Emakzan Return Policy

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days from delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Certain items like personalized or custom products may not be eligible.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your Emakzan account.
  2. Go to Orders > Return Request.
  3. Select the product(s) and reason for return.
  4. Submit the request.
  5. Our team will review and approve the return within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and received, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, or digital wallet).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our support immediately.
  • Provide photos and order details.
  • Emakzan will arrange replacement or full refund promptly.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed if the product is eligible and available in stock.
  • Follow the same return process and select the Exchange option.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the product is packaged securely before sending back.
  • Return shipments must include the original invoice or order ID.
